    Turned out great. I wanted to use 90/10 ground beef to be healthier, but couldn't find that so I used 85/15 instead. I also used part skim ricotta cheese.

    It was good but next time I will use more meat possibly Italian sausage. Also spaghetti sauce in place of the tomato sauce. I added about twice the Italian seasoning and fresh chopped spinach
