- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 2 1/2 cups water

- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 3 Tbsp. onion flakes (dried minced)
- 2 1/2 tsp. sea salt (more or less to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper (freshly cracked, more or less to taste)
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk (plain)
- 2 cans cannellini beans (roughly smashed, 15.5 onces)
- 2 boxes lasagna noodles (gluten-free, or regular lasagna noodles – no cook style, 1 pound)
- 3 cups frozen chopped spinach (or fresh chopped spinach)
- fresh basil
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds (blanched)
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (more or less to taste)
