I tried this with just salt & pepper and it’s was really plain. So second time I chopped my potatoes and added peas. Plus had to add more spices to the dish,
- smoked paprika
- hot sauce
- chilli powder
- garlic
- Corriander
I used gravy granules instead of flour to thicken the sauce at the end.
Came out really nice and very full in flavour, really comfort meal
