Have made this recipe twice, once with lamb and once with beef, and both have come out really good. Flavors are well balanced and the meat always tender. I reduce the water required to reduce the boil off time at the end...

Made mine with pork and it was so incredibly flavorful! Tender meat with an amazing sauce. Make a double batch if you want a chance of leftovers!
