I made this up from looking at other recipes and using the things we have.
Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- 2 lamb shanks
- 30 grams plain flour
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 carrots (large, cut into medium-sized chunks)
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. crushed garlic (crushed)
- salt
- 2 celery (staks, roughly chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 200 mL beef stock
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp. thyme

Directions
- Pour the flour into a shallow container. Add a dash of salt and pepper and mix.
- Coat the lamb shanks in the flour mixture.
- Heat the olive oil in the pressure cooker over medium to high heat.
