- 1/4 cup fresh coriander (/Cilantro - Chopped)
- 2 green chilies (– Deseeded and chopped into large pieces – Optional)
- 4 Tbsp. yogurt (– Thick & Whisked)
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 mint leaves (– For Decoration, optional)
- 1 bay leaf (big)
- 3 black cardamom (big)
- 3 cloves
- 4 green cardamom
- 2 tsp. coriander powder
- 2 tsp. cumin powder (Roasted)
- 1 1/2 garam masala
- salt (– As per taste)
- red chilies (– As per taste)
