- 1 fresh bay leaf
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 2 pears (Large, peeled, cored and cut into chunks the same size as the lamb)
- 110 grams fresh cranberries
- 1 orange zest (Small, grated, and juice)
- 1/2 Tbsp. clear honey (or quince jelly)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 225 grams self raising flour (For the Suet crust pastry)
- 2 tsp. dried thyme (For the Suet crust pastry)
- 2 tsp. mustard powder (English, For the Suet crust pastry)
- 110 grams flour (Shredded suet, for dusting, For the Suet crust pastry)
- 1 egg (beaten, For the Suet crust pastry)

great!! i made a double crust , like a pot pie, it was delicious. i didnt have any pears , i substituted the carrots for dice sweet and white potatoes
