- black pepper
- 50 grams unsalted butter (softened)
- 30 mL rosemary leaves (freshly chopped, or 10ml/2tsp dried rosemary leaves)
- 350 grams roasted vegetables (pack prepared)
- 1 red onion (skinned and cut into wedges)
- 1 sweet pepper (cored, deseeded and cut into chunks)
- 1/2 butternut squash (small, peeled, deseeded and cut into cubes)
- 1 courgette (roughly chopped or sliced)
- 15 mL sunflower oil
- 3 thyme sprigs (fresh)
- 200 grams new potatoes (washed and halved)
