    Just finished eating Lamb Kefta with Dates and Sage. It was excellent. The flavor of the dates really came through as did the sage. A savory sweet combination is always great in my book. The cooking time was just right for grilling outside . We ate the Kefta on pita bread with hummus, tomato slices and pieces of raw onion. Wonderful.! I wouldn't change a thing. I put the extra skewers in the freezer to eat in the near future. They won't stay there long.
