Description

My natropath recommended this to use as a way of adding more essential omegas to the diet. Add 1 to 2 TBSP to cereal, add to smoothies, or on other items as desired.

  • 3 Cups Organic Flaxseeds
  • 2 Cups Organic Sunflower Seeds (raw, unsalted)
  • 1 Cup Organic Almonds (raw, unsalted)

    Directions

    1. Mix ingredients.
    2. Grind as finely as you can using a food processor, bullet blender, or coffee grinder (Note: You can grind smaller quantities at once).
    3. Store in a glass jar, in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
