Too much lemon, gave it kind of a sour taste. I spent more time trying to tone down that harsh flavor, than the time I spent putting the dish together.

This recipe was easy and so good. The chicken was juicy and very refreshing! I will definitely be making it again!

I made this chicken when my dieting daughter was coming for dinner. The recipe is simple, and the sauce was very flavorful. But I had trouble finding enough basting sauce in the dish, so I added more chicken broth. I had to cook the chicken longer since mine had bones, so I loosely covered it with foil during the extra cooking time. It's a good, low calorie dish.
