This is an awesome recipe. The ratio of tapioca and rice flour is spot on, giving the perfect chewy texture that it should be. The sugar is a bit much and I reduced it to 250g (approx 1.25 cups). Next time I'll increase it to 300g, but that's it. I think 400g would be way too sweet. Other than this, it's definitely a keeper.
