- 6 oz. tomato paste (small can)
- 4 garlic cloves (smashed)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried mint
- 1/2 tsp. citric acid (or juice of one lemon, this can also be to taste)
- red pepper flakes (to taste)
