- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oil (/oil spray)
- 250 grams minced pork (low fat (<5% fat))
- 200 grams mushrooms (I used standard white mushrooms but if you can get them, wild mushrooms would be amazing!)
- 1 red onion
- 3 sprays oil (spray, or use a small amount of flavourless oil)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 pinch chilli flakes
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. dried oregano (or finely chopped fresh)
- 1 tsp. dried parsley (or finely chopped fresh)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 150 grams bread (slightly stale)
