- 2 tsp. sugar
- 300 mL milk
- 1 tsp. dried yeast
- 1 bunch spinach
- nutmeg (Grating of)
- 1 tsp. nori
- 450 grams strong white flour
- 1 pinch sea salt
- semolina (for dusting the table, or you can use flour)
- 1 lb. crabmeat (I used Orkney crab white meat, and tinned white crab meat)
- 2 slices granary bread
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic mayonnaise (homemade)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- Himalayan salt (pinch of pink, or regular salt)
- pink peppercorns (pinch of ground)
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- nori flakes (The secret ingredient:)
- 3 large garlic cloves
- 2 cups fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup parsley (fresh flat leaf, Italian)
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne
- 1/4 pt. groundnut oil
- 1/4 pt. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 eggs (organic, only the yolks)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper (some milled black and pink)
- 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
