I used a 2 lb chuck roast & cut it into 2" strips. Made the marinade, doubling the recipe, but inserted of sake , I used vodka. Still came out very tasty. The other two members of my household did not mention any flavor difference. Fried the meat after a 3 hour soak, in a cast-iron skillet. Served with asian slaw and homemade yum-yum sauce.
