Fantastic! My husband accidentally got out a pack with a pork loin instead of chicken from the freezer. We didn’t realize it until we had thawed it so we substituted it for the chicken. Fried it for 3 minutes and it was great with the sauce. I served it with jasmine rice flavored with a bit of minced ginger, some chopped onion and some frozen peas tossed in to steam for the last few minutes. Definitely a make-again meal
