- 200 grams noodles (uncooked Korean sweet potato)
- 150 grams pork (thinly sliced, collar – I used shabu shabu style, or you can use sliced beef)
- 8 shitake mushrooms (fresh, sliced thinly)
- 1 small carrot (julienned)
- 1 red onion (or small yellow, sliced thinly)
- 1 handful spring onions (sliced into 1.5 inch length)
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. white sesame seeds (toasted)
- 1 dash black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. mirin
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 noodles (for sweet potato, I buy a big packet for $3.90 and used about half)
- 3 1/2 pork
- 1 mushrooms
