- 5 Tbsp. Korean red pepper paste (Sempio's, Gochujang)
- 3 Tbsp. mirin (Seasoned rice wine, apple juice can be substituted for mirin)
- 1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes (Korean, optional)
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds (crushed with fingers)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 pinch salt (and pepper)
- 1 1/2 lb. pork butt (Thinly sliced, Pork shoulder or belly can be substituted for pork butt)
- 1 oyster mushrooms (King, cut into bite size, optional)

this dish was super simple and turned out great! i made it over cauliflower rice. next time i will eat it over green leaf lettuce
