- 1 cup shrimp (cleaned and chopped into small pieces)
- 1/2 cup carrots (diced)
- 2 stalks green onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil (plus more for drizzling on top)
- 1 sheet seaweed (Korean roasted, crumbled)
- 7 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- salt (to taste)
