- 1/2 lemon (Juice of, meyer preferred)
- 60 wonton wrappers
- 1 lb. ground lamb
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 2 cups mung bean sprouts
- 1 pkg. firm tofu
- 1 onion (medium, diced)
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup green onion (chopped)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. fish sauce
- 2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 lb. rice cakes (sliced)
