- 1 cup mung beans (split, see pic)
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. flour (rice or quinoa flour if making Gluten Free or it can even be omitted)
- 1 piece pork (or boneless chop, chopped finely, omit if making vegetarian)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 garlic (finely chopped cloves of)
- black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 1 cup bean sprouts (blanched for 2 minutes)
- 1 1/2 cups kimchi (chopped, don't be afraid!!! see my note at the bottom)
- light olive oil (for cooking)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- 2 garlic (finely minced cloves of)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
