- 5 shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 cup kimchi (chopped)
- 2 spring onions
- 1 cucumber (English is similar)
- 4 eggs
- sea salt (Dash of Ground)
- oil (for greasing the frying pan)

- 1/2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 spring onions (finely chopped)
