    My husband asked if I could keep this as a regular for our dinner table. I followed the recipe closely except for cooking the rice in coconut milk to compliment the sweet and savory turkey. As another reviewer said, it’s hard to believe that this is turkey!

    So simple and yummy! I used low sodium soy sauce and served over instant rice. I added the garlic right away when I cooked the turkey.

    Saving this one! My entire family (toddler included) LOVED this. I subbed soy sauce for tamari and added steamed veggies and it was absolutely fantastic. Would be great as lettuce wraps as well!

    This is my go-to way to eat ground turkey. I use more ginger than it calls for and usually add whatever veggies are on hand. So good!

    Newly dairy free here due to a colicky baby so I’m looking for recipes that fit my diet & are fairly quick & easy. This was delicious! My husband loved it as well. Served over jasmine rice with a side of stir fry vegetables. I did add extra soy sauce to taste, because the recommended amount left the turkey still a little bland.

    The turkey & rice bowls were delicious!!! I added another teaspoon of the red pepper flakes for an added kick and my 12 yr old loved it! I will definitely make these again!

    Very good! After reading other reviews, I did double the sauce. I also added a half cup of diced red pepper and a cup of matchstick carrots after browning the meat. I used coconut aminos, instead of soy sauce to make this gluten free, plus it cuts down on the sodium without losing flavor. I do feel that the amount of rice is a bit much. I suggest adjusting the amount based on how much your family eats. This recipie is super quick and I will definitely make this again. Update: I suggest you triple the sauce. Because you're serving it over rice, a the extra sauce is absolutely what tops this recipe off. I serve it with steamed broccoli. 😋

    I keep making it without green onions/scallions- just never have them on hand. It’s still pretty tasty. I can only imagine how good it will be with them included!

    I'm not sure if I used too much ground turkey or if I overcooked it but there was not enough sauce but everything else came out amazing it had so much flavor
