i made these in my ninja foodie pressure cooker. the sauce was so good although after simmering for 25 minutes i had to add cornstarch to thicken. i eas unable to get boneless shortribs so igot a shoulder cut (where the shortribs come from as the internet told me) and the meat was a touch over done formy liking based on the timing in the recipe. i want to make it again but need tomake a few tweaks.overall easy and tasty

Recipe was easy to follow and very quick - not much prep. Omitted the chili paste and my sauce was a little loose. Added a cornstarch slurry to thicken it up a little. They were not extremely sticky.
