- 100 grams fillet (rib eye, cut into strips)
- 120 grams carrots (rinsed, peeled & julienned)
- 110 grams baby spinach (rinsed)
- 1/4 red capsicum (bell pepper, 50g – rinsed and julienned)
- 1/2 yellow onion (105g – peeled, rinsed, thinly sliced)
- 100 grams shiitake mushroom (fresh, – cleaned, stems removed and thinly sliced)
- 1/4 tsp. fine salt
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil (toasted)
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil (toasted)
- 1 egg (extra large, Optional rinsed, egg white and yolk separated)
- cooking oil (I used rice bran oil)
- fine sea salt
- water (to boil the spinach and the noodles)
