Oh 3 years ago
It was really delicious. I marinated the chicken overnight then prepared the sauce in advance and refrigerated overnight as well. I won’t lie, when I first made the sauce and refrigerated it, I thought it tasted terrible and I was very skeptical about the whole dish. The next day I prepared it and was wowed at how tasty it was, how the flavors melded and complemented each other and what o expected to be overwhelming raw, garlic in the sauce was spicy, salty, umami goodness.
