- 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 cups lukewarm water
- 1 1/2 cups potatoes (peeled and diced into small cubes)
- 2 carrots (peeled and diced)
- 1 zucchini (diced)
- 1 onions (diced)
- 1 cup pork loin (diced)
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 lb. udon (thick flat noodles, buckwheat or linguine)
- 1 tsp. rice wine vinegar (optional)

Pretty good 👍 I kind of expected more of a taste to be honest. It wasn't sweet or spicy which was a bit odd given that that is what this is known for being. All I tasted was a bland, earthy taste. I added back a star in case it was the jajang paste I used. I cut all of the amounts in half because I was only making enough for 3 people and it made enough for at least 6... that means that the original recipe could make enough for 12 people!!! Why? In the end I added more brown sugar and vinegar which made it taste better, but i wish I would have added something to make it more spicy as well.
