- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp. green onion (heaping, finely minced)
- 3 cups green cabbage (heaping, finely shredded)

- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 cup kimchi (sliced, you can purchase this fermented and spicy cabbage in Korean markets, or specialty Asian markets in the refrigerated section)
