Description
Nothing could be simpler. Fry a couple of onions gently until softened and lightly browned. Frying them this way brings out the natural sweetness in the onions. Mix the fried onions into a pan of hot water and add in any roasting juices and sediment from the roast chicken roasting tin. Bring to the boil and add in the Knorr Chicken Gravy Pots, whisking to mix them in. Cook for a further two minutes, stirring. Your gravy is ready.
