- 2 1/2 Tbsp. milk (hemp, to make it creamier)

- 1 cuke (English, peeled & chopped)
- 2 carrots (organic, peeled & chopped)
- ground pepper (tons of fresh)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. balsamic vinaigrette
