this is a great soup! i added onion instead of onion powder. and i added corn. easy to make and makes enough to feed a family and freeze

So satisfying & delicious! I added chopped sautéed onion in place of onion powder, used corn tortilla chips instead of tortillas and subbed grated cheddar for velveeta . Also added chopped fresh cilantro & squeeze of lime as garnish . This recipe is definitely a keeper!
