It’s a little bland. Next time I may add more chili powder, some paprika, corn and olives.

This turned out wonderful! The smell alone was intoxicating as it was cooking. I was very pleased with the flavors it provided!

Excellent flavors. We added quite a bit more cilantro than was called for since we like the taste it provides. Only 4 stars since it did take me quite a while to make (maybe 2 hours?) with the added prep. While I was chopping vegetables etc I cooked my chicken in the instant pot. Will make this again

This recipe is great! I planned it as a Sunday evening meal, so I had the afternoon to do the prep. It is so worth taking the time to make this fabulous casserole! My family loved it!!

If you're willing to spend 1 1/2 hrs doing the prep...the taste results are fabulous! Very filling. I used a different cheese for each layer: cheddar, pepper jack, queso fresco. Used handfuls of finely chopped kale instead of celery. Made 1/2 recipe in a 9x9 glass pan. Serves 6 generously, with a side of sliced avocado and a fresh green salad or brocolli!
