- 2 Tbsp. tamari (liquid aminos or soy sauce)

Easy to make and impressive looking. Next time I’ll try a recipe that marinates the mushrooms longer. I thought these were not as flavorful as they could have been. I had to modify the cooking technique as my mushrooms didn’t release their liquid after the sear. I ended up putting a lid on the pan and turning it to low for 6 minutes. That cooked the mushrooms but I still had to add a couple of tablespoons of water to make a liquid to pour over the mushrooms to baste them for a few more minutes.
