- 150 grams pork breast (lean, sliced thinly)
- 8 king prawns (peeled and deveined, with tails intact)
- 1 onion (halved and sliced thinly)
- 150 grams kimchi (matured)
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 100 mL kimchi juice
- 500 mL water
- 1 Tbsp. cooking wine (I used Shaoxing wine)
- 1 Tbsp. miso (or doenjang)
- 2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. gochujang (hot pepper paste)
- 1 piece beancurd (cubed)
- 2 stalks spring onion (sliced)
- 1 red chilli (sliced)
- 1/2 tsp. gochugaru (or chilli powder)
