- 1 bunch kale
- 1/2 lemon
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt (Big Pinch of Himalayan)
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tomatoes (– Chopped into medium pieces)
- 1 corn (Cob of, – cut off the cob, To do this, simply stand the corn on its tip and use a sharp knife to cut the pearls off)
- 1 cucumber (– Cut in half lengthways, and then into small 1/2 circles)
- 1/4 cup raw almonds (Soaked, – Dried)
- 1/4 cup pepitas (Pumpkin Seeds)
- 1 mango (small, Alternatively can use any other fruit including Oranges, Apples, Strawberries, Peaches or Nectarines. Try not to use fruit that discolours – such as apples – if you are not eating it straight away)
