It was really good, then the second day it thicked up so I added too much water and now its too soupy. I'll have to boil it down some. I'd definitely make it again. I didnt have any dried onions so I used fresh onion (one), and since I had used fresh onion, I figured I might as well use fresh garlic instead of garlic powder (3 or 4 cloves). I also made the beans from scratch instead of using canned.

This soup was delicious, and super easy to make! Love that is is low carb, and still hearty!

Liked it a lot, used an immersion blender at the end to chunk up some of the beans and make it a bit thicker as well as distribute some of the sausage more finely!
