I made this tonight. My 10 year old begged me to let her make Mac n Cheese for dinner instead. I stayed the course and this meal was a big hit with all 3 kids. My 10 year old even had seconds and added it to her favorite meals list.
I was concerned while cooking because the cauliflower had the heavy cabbage smell while cooking and I thought it would be overpowering in the finished product. However, the tastes mellowed and fused together pretty well. It was really tasty.
Thank you.

Definitely unique dinner for us, but we tried it because of its uniqueness. Not something we'd have everyday but definitely great for a change up!

Easy and quick dinner. Can sub cabbage or brussel sprouts for cauliflower to change it up.

The cauliflower seemed like it was going to be dry, but it turned out well balanced

Fantastic! We had to cook the cauliflower a little more, but turned out well! We'd make it again!!
