- 1 cup cilantro (Fresh Cut)
- 1 cup fenugreek
- 1/2 cup herbs (Dried Ghormeh Sabzi, from Sadaf*)

- 4 cloves crushed garlic

- 2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder

- 3 tsp. cumin
- 3 dried limes (Buy these here, they are critical for all Persian Stews-)
- dried lime (Sadaf, Omani Whole, 14-Ounce)
- 1 cup red kidney beans (Dried, or Canned if you so choose)
- 2 lb. roast meat (Cubed Sirloin, or any other stewing meat including lamb)
