So delicious and creamy! I cooked the beans in the pressure cooker then separated the water from the beans. I used the cooking water from the beans in making the sauce. I also added smoked paprika to impart some additional flavour. Sooo good!

This was terrific! A whole lot of flavor from not a lot of ingredients. The whole family ate it, and 3 of us really enjoyed it. A keeper!
