- 1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne (optional)
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 carrot (shredded)
- 2 tomatoes (medium ripe, chopped, or 1 15 oz can fire roasted tomatoes, drained)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 pinch coarse salt (and fresh ground pepper, to taste)
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 3 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 handful cilantro leaves (chopped)

Delicious! I doubled the garam masala and added a lot more cumin. My husband loved it and requested it be added to the regular rotation. Next time I'll try with regular paprika b/c I thought the smoked paprika was just slightly overpowering.

Loved! Very easy I added more masala and did cous cous instead of rice. I didn't have ginger and still was great.

So good! Needs more spice, wonderful combination. I sliced baby carrots instead of shaving them, it worked fine.
