Directions

1. Take a pan. Heat Oil.. Add chopped garlic and ginger, fry. Later add chopped onion, fry. Then jeera and dhaniya powder. Add finely chopped tomato, fry, Add mashed potato. Then 1 teasp red chilli powder, 1/2 teasp turmeric,1teasp Pav bhaji masala,1tbsp garam masala, fry til oil is left by the mixture.. Add chicken, fry 10min cover.. Last add two eggs.. mix serve with chopped coriander and lemon. Pav or bread to go with.
