Super easy and absolutely delicious. I’ve made this twice now, and it’s came out wonderful both times. Both times I forgot to add the butter on top, but you really don’t need it. We added a touch of garlic and paprika after adding the egg, it’s wonderful!

Didn’t expect it to be this good! I didn’t use feta.
made it again, used feta, forgot butter, was also great lol
