These were AMAZING! We made one pound of strawberries and half of them were gone in 20 minutes! We saved some to see how they were the next day and they might have been even better the day later other than the fact that the strawberries got a little soft, I recommend not using the lime juice bought in stores at all. Only use juice from the lime that you use. in my opinion, there was too much zest so I would also recommend not using too much. Overall, they were awesome!☺️😊

Strawberries got soggy even in the fridge, should have waited to add the filling. The ones I ate right away were good!

amazing and easy recipe.. added some biscuits crumbs as a filling before the cream cheese which gave the strawberries additional crunchiness

Turned out beautifully, loved by all. I added a chocolate base, to keep in place and let’s face it, who doesn’t love chocolate!!

best thing ever. the perfect blend of sweet and tangy. we use key limes instean and i think it gives the recipe a nice flavor.

I wish it would have held up better for piping and transport but everyone at the Easter dinner said it tasted great we took a graham cracker and crushed it and added the pieces to the top with more lime zest also added more lime juice and could have added more to really punch up that lime taste

Unsurprisingly, these taste just like key lime pie, that is to say, delicious! A great, quick, and simple way to impress dinner guests.

These are so easy and such a win for after dinner dessert bites, party pick-up dish, covered dish, etc. Everyone asked for the recipe. I even used little pastry shells for the leftover key lime mixture (what my husband and I didn’t eat!) and put a little berry in the top, but nothing beats the stuffed strawberry! Tip: scoop with a serrated grapefruit spoon if you have one- makes it so much easier!

So good! I’ve made these a few times and received rave reviews from friends and family. Scooping out the center of the strawberries is a bit of a pain but worth it when you see the finished product

Turned out good but I just used it as a dip to dip the strawberries into. It seemed like a bit of a waste to hollow out the berries to put the filling in.

The flavor was pretty good, but the filling never solidified. Certainly not to the degree the photos depict it as being a piped frosting. It ended up mostly a goopy mess even after chilling.

I doubled the filling and added a tablespoon of gelatin as I was in a bit of a hurry. Turned out amazing!
