- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (toasted)
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 stick unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tsp. extract (hazelnut, you can also use vanilla extract if you don't have hazelnut)
- 32 oz. full fat cream cheese (room temperature)
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1 cup granulated white sugar
- 1/2 cup key lime juice (freshly squeezed, plus zest of 6 limes, use regular limes if you can't find key limes)
- 3 eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup full fat sour cream (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1 drop green food coloring (optional)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
