    Turned out awesome! Very balanced flavor and the glaze on top made it perfect! Everyone loved it. Definitely making it again.

    Needed more key lime flavor and mine was browned on top and not done in the center... next time I would lower the temp and bake longer...and add more key lime juice... Ok I tried it again with twice the key lime juice and it turned out great! Everyone loved it!

    perfect cheesecake! i followed the recipe to the letter...for once:) i doubled the recipe because i have 9" spring form pans. texture, glaze, and crust were awesome! highly reccomend if you like key lime!
