Delicious! Quick and easy! I put cool whip, fresh strawberries and kiwi on it. Def melt butter and cream cheese carefully....stir in, stir well and then add eggs last. Moist this way!

Delicious - kept the ingredients exactly as directed including the overnight tip in the fridge. That may have made all the difference.

It stuck to the pan even after buttering the pan good. It’s on the wet side...it tastes good.

I just baked it with half ingredients and added two tsp of mixed stevia and monk fruit instead of erythritol . worked perfectly and exact amount of nice sweetness, for whole ingredients should add four tsp.

You dont have to follow the same measurements for sweeteners (adjust to how sweet u want it to be). Its reallyy moist so i might add more almond flour next time. I added lemon juice to it. I didnt have baking powder so ive only used baking soda.
I put it in the oven for 50 minutes. I should try baking it longer and use it as bread instead :)

Pound cake came out really good. I listened to the reviews and only put about 1/2 cup of the sugar. Cake was really moist and came out just perfect.

50 minutes in my oven left it very underdone, I didn't have toothpicks so couldn't test it. Taste was excellent though so I'll definitly be making again, just baking a bit longer.

This was so good! We had keto strawberry shortcake, I did not tell my dad it was low carb, because he would not try it if I did. Even he loved it!
I did not realize until I had begun mixing ingredients that I do not have a bundt cake pan. So I improvised. 😁

so far so good. i made mine in 2 loaf pans. it's cooling right now. hopefully it tastes as good as it smells

I tried this recipe last night and it was surprisingly VERY GOOD. It was very moist and I thought because it was keto that it wouldn't be sweet, but to my surprise it was very sweet. I'm new to the keto lifestyle, but I'm sure I have found my favorite dessert!!!!
