Quick, yummy and easy! Even my 12 year old loved it! I doubled the recipe., so 4 eggs and 10- 12 oz of tuna, but I only had 1/4 cup each of sour cream and mayo, so I added 1/4 cup of Plain Greek yogurt and 1/4 cup of cream cheese, then only used 1-1/2 cup shredded cheese since I used cream cheese. I added 1 /2 tsp dill weed, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, 1 tsp dried minced onion, 1 tsp parsley, 1 Tbsp coconut flour for stability and 1 tsp baking powder for a little puff and reduced the salt to 1/2 tsp. Baked it in a greased 9x9 casserole at 350 for 30 minutes.

These are good, I made double the recipe so I used a whole muffin tray but I can’t eat that many because the flavor is overwhelming. Definitely a snack item!

I added some chives it was soo GOOOOD!! Next time I make this I am going to add some red pepper flakes. Thank you for this recipe.
