It’s pretty good. Family enjoyed. Didn’t have green chilies so I used chortle adobados, took out the seeds. I added bell peppers and celery too. This recipe can be modified in many ways. Also used two pounds beef. This is a lot more than four servings.

Was very good. I didn’t have avocado but used some crushed corn chips with shredded cheese on top for crispness. Very easy and pretty quick to make.

Yummy! Made exactly as directed except I used one skillet, even to bake it!

Turned out great! Added more seasoning and salsa to it though (family preferences).
Next time I think I’ll add green peppers, maybe jalapeños. Just to mix it up a little.

I used a little more salsa as it was pretty pasty without doing so. I didn't have a very big zucchini and would definitely add more next time I make it. It was good, though - I'll do it again!

Very good my whole family liked it! We added lettuce, tomato, avocado and sour cream to the top!
