    Also made it using skinless thighs. Came out tender and packed with flavor! Really simple, heavily recommended.

    I used skinless, boneless thighs and kept the same amount of time on slow setting and it made for a wonderful, melt-in-your-mouth flavor. The chicken was so tender and full of taco flavor. Next time, I will shred the chicken for a flavorful taco filling!
